There are two ways a sale gets attributed to you. Both are tracked automatically — you don't need to do anything manually beyond being set up.
When a customer purchases using your unique affiliate link — shared on social media, in an email, on your website, or anywhere else — the sale is attributed to you and a commission is earned.
When a member completes a body scan at your kiosk and purchases Evolt Nutrition supplements within 24 hours of that scan, the commission is automatically attributed to your account — even if they didn't use your link.

Offer a free body composition scan as a hook — to new clients, returning clients, or prospects. Once a client sees their data, supplement recommendations become personal and relevant, not generic. Run 'Free Scan Days', include a scan with new sign-ups, or tie scans to program or challenge registrations.
Train your staff and practitioners to reference Evolt Nutrition naturally at the end of a scan debrief: 'Based on your results and the goal you've set in the app, here's what we'd suggest to support that — you can grab it right from the QR code on your result sheet, or scan it any time at home.' 6 or 8-week body composition or wellness programs, challenges, or courses — with scans at the start and end — are your single biggest sales driver. Feature Evolt Nutrition as the official supplement of the program, share your affiliate link with all participants, and post progress content throughout. Programs and challenges create urgency, community, and purchase intent simultaneously.
Your front-line staff and practitioners are key. Make sure they know: (1) the Evolt Nutrition QR code is on every result sheet, (2) any purchase within 24 hours of a scan earns a commission for your business, and (3) the affiliate link can be shared directly at any time. A short team briefing pays ongoing dividends.
Quick stories or reels of a client's scan session — with their permission — generate strong organic interest. Use the branded social tiles and caption bank from the asset pack, and tag @evolt.health for the chance to be reshared to the Evolt audience.
Earned commissions are reviewed and approved by the Evolt team, then processed as a monthly batch payout to your Stripe account. Stripe then transfers the funds to your nominated bank account. Track pending and completed payouts at any time in your Stripe Express Dashboard, accessible from the Affiliate tab in Evolt Insights.
A commission is earned when a customer either (a) purchases Evolt Nutrition supplements directly through your unique affiliate link, or (b) completes a body scan at your kiosk and purchases within 24 hours of that scan — using the unique QR code on the kiosk or on their results sheet.
Log into Evolt Insights, open the left sidebar, and click Affiliate. Your unique link is displayed on the Affiliate Program page once your Stripe onboarding is complete. Click Copy and start sharing.
Click the Stripe Portal link in the Evolt Insights Affiliate tab to open your Stripe Express Dashboard, where you can update bank account details and manage your payout settings at any time.
Contact support@evolt360.com immediately and flag it as a kiosk setup issue. Don't wait on this — it directly affects commission attribution for every scan done in the meantime.
