We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help resolve it quickly and fairly.

Standard Returns

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Verified issues will be replaced or refunded.

Return Process

All returns require approval. Email info@evoltnutrition.com with:

· Your order number

· Reason for return

· Photos (where applicable)

· Proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

· Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

· Returns due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may incur restocking, reshipping, or additional shipping fees.

Delivery & Refunds

· Orders are considered delivered once the carrier confirms delivery.

· We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
