Dynamic Performance Drink is a pre- and post-workout formula designed to support training energy, muscle repair, and recovery. It supplies evidence-based nutrients such as creatine, beta-alanine, citrulline malate, B-vitamins, and an essential amino acid blend including BCAAs. Research supports roles for creatine in high-intensity performance, beta-alanine in buffering capacity for hard efforts, leucine-enriched EAAs in post-exercise muscle protein synthesis, and citrulline malate in exercise metabolic handling. A low dose of caffeine is paired with L-theanine for calm, focused alertness during training.

How to use

Mix one scoop in eight ounces of water thirty to forty-five minutes before your workout and again immediately after, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, consult your healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children.

Key ingredients

Creatine monohydrate helps regenerate ATP during repeated high-intensity efforts and is well supported for safety and efficacy when used as directed. Beta-alanine as CarnoSyn increases intramuscular carnosine to buffer H+ during intense work and
can improve exercise capacity. Leucine-enriched essential amino acids support post-exercise muscle protein synthesis, while broad amino acid support including BCAAs, glutamine, and taurine complements recovery needs. Citrulline malate contributes to performance physiology via NO-related pathways and amino acid handling. A focused 50 mg of caffeine is paired with 50 mg of L-theanine to support alertness with a smooth feel.
